Leaders agreed to endorse the Workers Rights Amendment which is on the November ballot. The Workers’ Rights Amendment will add language to the Illinois constitution guaranteeing all employees in Illinois the fundamental right to organize and collectively bargain for fair wages, meaningful benefits, and safety at work.
